We have refurbished 23 wards, 20 hospital
reception areas, built five new theatres and
opened the country’s first 24-7 private emergency
care unit
We delivered over 1,000 days of clinical training
to our newly recruited Health Care Assistants
We have invested £5 million in new clinical IT
systems and £25 million in imaging equipment
including four MRI scanners, four CT scanners,
full-field digital mammography machines, one of
only four gamma knives in the UK and the UK’s
very first adaptive 128-slice scanner
We consistently achieved 99% ‘good’ or
‘better’ patient satisfaction rates
We re-launched the BMI Healthcare brand
including the new website with areas dedicated
to patients, healthcare professionals and
corporate clients.
