An increased focus on GP engagement with the recruitment of Primary Care Managers, focusing on further enhancing our relationships with GPs local to each of our hospitals
The expansion of our National Enquiry Centre to service better consultant, GP and patient enquiries and ensure the patient is well looked after from initial enquiry to final discharge
Focus on providing career paths for internal management and development of employee skill sets through additional training.
