Assessing the quality of clinical outcomes for patients cared for within BMI hospitals is a fundamental, robust, routine, evidence-based process within our overall Quality and Risk Management Strategy. Outcomes from our rolling cycle of clinical audits are reported and reviewed at local, regional and national level as part of quality assurance and performance assessment, providing inputs to our continuous improvement process.
